About the role
- Founders Associate supporting financial operations at nextAudit, a B2B SaaS startup. Involves collaboration on financial modeling and investor readiness materials.
Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with the founding team on strategic and operational finance topics
- Active involvement in financials, reports, and investor documents
- Support in building an investor-ready numbers and KPI setup
- Analysis and preparation of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn, runway, cohort analyses)
- Support with financial modeling (forecasts, scenarios, budget planning)
- Preparation and maintenance of investor-readiness materials (pitch decks, KPI sheets, data rooms, reporting structures)
- Market, competitor, and benchmark analyses (SaaS, Audit/QM, GRC)
- Support on strategic projects (pricing, GTM, expansion, tooling)
- Operational support for the founders' day-to-day activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data-related fields, or similar)
- Strong analytical and numbers-driven mindset
- Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, modeling, clean structure)
- Interest in startups, SaaS, VC, fundraising, and company building
- High initiative, reliability, and ownership
- Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills
