Responsibilities
Support the harmonisation of operational processes to help deliver a smooth and consistent customer experience.
Rotate across different departments, gain hands-on experience, and learn from experienced professionals while working on real business challenges.
Complete two rotations across departments before transitioning into a landing role where you can continue to grow.
Requirements
Graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate in 2026, ideally in Engineering or a Technical field, or a related discipline.
Career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
Initial experience gained through structured work or internships in consulting or another relevant field.
Curious, proactive, and comfortable coordinating and driving improvements.
Based in Italy and fluent in English (mandatory) and Italian.
Brings international exposure through studies, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
Available to work full-time and can start within the next three months.
Have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g. residency or visa).
