About the role

  • Area Sales Manager responsible for establishing SaaS partnerships and solutions for SME merchants in Europe. Focused on face-to-face interactions and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage high-potential customers in the target sectors.
  • Build compelling sales cases that demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Manage sales process from initial contact through successful onboarding and go live.
  • Develop deep understanding of ISV business models, technical requirements, and integration capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical and onboarding teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Provide market intelligence that shapes our ISV software vendor sales strategy and product development.
  • Own your revenue targets and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience within the SME segment, proven track record in Software or SaaS sales is considered an advantage.
  • Comfortable discussing technical integration requirements with customers, in clear and compelling terms, and collaborating with stakeholders across internal technical functions.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue target.
  • Fluent Finnish and English.
  • A valid driver’s license and a car are required.
