About the role

  • Sales position at Kelco Pet Care managing clients and distributors in São Paulo. Focuses on achieving sales goals and performance indicators with reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Results-focused, responsible for meeting sales targets
  • Autonomy in servicing customers across the state of São Paulo, including distributors, supermarket chains and specialty retailers, with a focus on the territories of São Paulo City, Vale do Paraíba and the North Coast
  • Responsible for the sales performance of your own portfolio, identifying gaps and opportunities for direct or indirect service (via distributors)
  • Frequently visit points of sale, monitor execution and generate reports to share opportunities to improve sales performance with customers/partners
  • Hold regular meetings with clients to review KPIs and highlight opportunities to increase sales

Requirements

  • Experience serving food retail and/or managing distributors (indirect channel)
  • Commercial experience in the Consumer Goods industry
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Availability to travel
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in the pet industry
  • Experience consulting, analyzing and interpreting market reports (Scanntech and Neogrid)
  • Proficiency in Power BI — report querying
