Responsibilities
Active management and expansion of the distribution network in Central Germany.
Strengthening relationships with decision-makers at local, regional and national levels.
Acquiring new retail partners to ensure optimal product distribution.
Conducting sales meetings and negotiations in retail environments.
Regular visits to points of sale to ensure product visibility and availability.
Training sales staff on products and their benefits.
Implementing promotional and marketing activities to drive sales.
Close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
Completed commercial/business qualification or equivalent.
Strong experience in field sales and retail.
Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region.
Experience in (pet) specialty retail or selling products that require explanation is a plus.
Fluent German (at least C1).
Permanent residence in Central Germany (Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, southern Lower Saxony, eastern Hesse).
