About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a GTA field sales team
  • Work alongside reps in automotive dealerships
  • Run product demonstrations in service bays
  • Coach field execution and customer engagement
  • Track performance, KPIs, and CRM activity
  • Support account growth and dealership relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience
  • 3+ years managing/coaching a sales team
  • Comfortable working in field-based environments
  • Valid driver’s license + GTA travel required
  • Automotive or technical sales experience preferred
  • Automotive dealership experience
  • Mechanical / technical product knowledge
  • Hands-on field sales background
