Responsibilities
You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of medium to large development teams (3–30 people) in an interdisciplinary project environment.
You perform holistic project management with dedicated responsibility for budget, schedule, scope, and quality of deliverables.
You act as the central communication and solution interface between customers, development teams, sales, and external subcontractors.
In close coordination with the specialist departments, you prepare sound, project-specific cost estimates and detailed project plans.
You use established project management methods such as Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, etc., and continuously refine them to improve goal attainment.
Requirements
You hold a degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a comparable technical discipline.
You have several years of experience successfully leading and executing service projects in the field of embedded electronics or electronics integration.
Ideally from a technical background such as industry or the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr).
Support through the Vocational Advancement Service (Berufsförderungsdienst, BFD) is possible.
An initial project management certification (e.g., IPMA Level D or PMI) is desirable.
You have already gained experience and built advanced knowledge in one of the following safety standards, e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, or MIL‑STD‑882E.
Your technical expertise is complemented by strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams.
Excellent organizational skills, a high degree of personal responsibility, and strong determination are among your attributes.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
