About the role

  • Application Support Administrator enhancing client information system for New Path Youth and Family Services. Supporting quality assurance initiatives and delivering user training for reports and systems.

Responsibilities

  • The Application Support Administrator optimizes the client information system (CIS) to support quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare statistical and Ministry reports.
  • Deliver training and support to end users.

Requirements

  • College diploma in computer sciences, information systems or business administration with courses in database management and statistics.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with databases, data reporting, custom report creation and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of and experience with client information systems in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing confidential client information.
