Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in executing roles and responsibilities to deliver employee and guest experience.
  • Assist in building a high-performing team that represents Newell Brand Values.
  • Contribute to effective onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
  • Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience through understanding guest needs.
  • Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies.
  • Maintain store appearance by implementing company visual standards and cleanliness.
  • Assist in identifying root causes and help create action plans that drive results.
  • Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities.

Requirements

  • High School completion or equivalent GED.
  • Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
