About the role

  • Associate Manager supporting category strategies and customer engagement plans at Newell Brands. Collaborating on market strategies and assisting in Annual Category Management Plans.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of category strategies and customer engagement plans.
  • Assist in preparing Annual Category Management Plans and selling stories.
  • Support Sales-led customer meetings with insights and data.
  • Help implement go-to-market strategies including pricing and promotions.
  • Maintain Commercialization playbooks and assist in tracking performance.
  • Gather and analyze market and category data to identify opportunities.
  • Provide input on retailer dynamics and support tailored category plans.
  • Collaborate with Category Development on storytelling and presentation materials.
  • Support Supply Chain forecasting and optimization processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or category management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
