Responsibilities
Support development of the annual brand marketing and business plan.
Build, manage, and maintain forecasting models, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver demand forecasts within acceptable error ranges.
Deliver timely monthly brand performance reporting with clear insights and commentary.
Support new product launches, including item set-up, product testing, packaging development, and readiness activities required for successful market execution.
Partner with Sales and Customer Planning to prepare materials for key customers and support joint business planning.
Analyze brand performance, market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to evaluate innovation, promotions and brand initiatives.
Integrate and interpret multiple data sources to uncover growth opportunities and develop actionable business improvement recommendations.
Identify gaps in marketplace understanding and lead analyses to address them.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to the Senior Brand Manager and senior management.
Monitor product velocity, distribution performance, share of shelf, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities, market share risks, and proactively recommend solutions.
Execute shipper and display programs and optimize future creative and promotional strategies based on performance analytics and learnings.
Requirements
A four-year college degree
2+ years of prior experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles is preferred.
Desire to function as a business owner and a passion for brand management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
Strong understanding of marketing principles.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, written and oral.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
