Responsibilities
Tell the story of Neupitz — and make it visible
Capture the unique atmosphere of Neupitz and translate it into content that excites our target audiences.
Your goal is to increase the number of relevant enquiries for team offsites via our website through creative and authentic marketing.
Build email marketing: design and launch our email newsletter from scratch and develop targeted campaigns to engage potential clients personally and for the long term.
Bring social media to life: establish and actively manage our LinkedIn channels and create engaging formats for Instagram.
Ensure a steady content flow: be regularly on site to produce up-to-date, visually expressive content (photos & video).
Requirements
A strong sense of aesthetics — visual, textual, and conceptual.
You have a proven track record of successfully building brands or channels and can show us work you’re proud of.
You enjoy experimenting with the latest content-creation tools, follow current trends, and find creative ways to adapt them to Neupitz.
You write and speak fluent German and English.
You are passionate about topics like New Work, sustainability, and community and identify with our vision for Neupitz.
You act independently, look for solutions rather than excuses, and enjoy getting things moving.
