Responsibilities
- Define the brand content strategic vision, including the role of channels and influencers;
- Build campaign message maps and guide the always-on approach;
- Define strategic assumptions from a content perspective;
- Monitor, research, and investigate trends and opportunities on social media;
- Analyze brand platform data and track campaign KPIs;
- Study and generate audience insights for the client;
- Structure presentations and narratives to support strategic and creative directions;
- Work in partnership with other agency departments, such as creative, media, and account teams;
- Direct interaction with the client;
- Identify trends, opportunities, and suggest content topics/angles for social channels;
- Receive and execute content and influencer briefings;
- Monitor results of campaigns and/or always-on (AON) initiatives;
- Prepare performance reports, social listening analyses, and strategic recommendations;
- Create campaign and/or always-on content calendars;
- Cross-functional alignment with internal agency teams;
- Manage influencer deliverables;
- Complete PM fields for assets included in the social calendar;
- Manage the post approval workflow with clients;
- Monitor and assist in structuring real-time event coverage.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Communication – Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related field;
- Experience in communication planning and developing content strategy;
- Heavy user of social media and popular culture (TikTok, X, Instagram, Kwai, etc.);
- Advanced English;
- Previous experience leading a team;
- Previous experience leading projects.
