About the role

  • Sales Specialist driving adoption of NetApp's Intelligent Data Infrastructure Insights among Mid Market Commercial customers. Managing sales processes from opportunities to closing complex deals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales growth plan targeting large enterprise accounts
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for DII and DS solutions
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and meet sales targets
  • Lead customer meetings (remote and on-site), present NetApp’s DII and DS solutions, and negotiate deals
  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer business challenges and develop tailored proposals
  • Manage proof of concepts, ROI development, and deal negotiations
  • Collaborate with NetApp account teams and Partners to drive joint selling motions
  • Engage with partners and internal teams to expand NetApp’s footprint in enterprise accounts
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to support the sales process and ensure customer success
  • Provide regular status updates to management, including pipeline and forecast information

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience (Cloud, SaaS, or Data Infrastructure)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and data protection technologies
  • Experience collaborating with hyperscalers and strategic partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology solutions solve business problems
