About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows (Infrastructure as Code)
- Manage and tune the operational health of our security posture
- Own the lifecycle and performance of our global wired network and hybrid data centers
- Leverage telemetry and APIs via tools like LogicMonitor, SolarWinds NCM, and ThousandEyes to detect and auto-remediate network anomalies
- Serve as the final technical escalation point for complex global incidents and champion an SRE culture
Requirements
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Go)
- Experience managing network configurations using Git, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Deep, enterprise-scale experience managing Cisco Catalyst/Nexus environments and hybrid cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, or OCI)
- Strong operational expertise in administering Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco ISE
- A strong drive for operational excellence and rigorous change management
- Mindset: A passion for automating repetitive tasks
- Highly Desirable Industry Certifications: Automation & SRE: Cisco Certified DevNet Professional or HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
