About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyse, Nachstellung und Dokumentation von gemeldeten Fehlern durch Bugtickets im Bereich IT Netzwerktechnik
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung, dem System Engineering und der Qualitätssicherung zur Fehlerbewertung
- Erstellung und Durchführung von Testfällen auf Basis von Systemanforderungen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von IT Netzwerk und IT Backbone Infrastrukturen
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Fehlerbehebung und Dokumentation
- Verständnis für komplexe Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Administration und Planung
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium bspw. der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzwerkadministration und -konfiguration ist zwingend erforderlich
- Kenntnisse in Bugtracking- und Collaborationstools wie bspw. Confluence, Jira, Xray
- analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise hinsichtlich Fehleranalyse, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
