Responsibilities
Serve as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for a marquee global client in the automotive industry.
Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy aligned with the client’s digital transformation and NetApp’s business objectives.
Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of business partners, including engineering, services, product and partners, to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the client’s global organization.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across business units, geographies, and solution areas.
Advocate for the client within NetApp to influence product innovation and service delivery.
Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement and value realization.
Represent NetApp’s values of ownership, growth mindset, customer centricity, belonging, and high performance in every interaction.
Requirements
12+ years in enterprise sales and strategic account management
Experience selling within the automotive industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Advanced degrees or certifications are welcomed but not required
