About the role

  • Global Client Executive leading strategic relationships in automotive sector with a focus on digital transformation. Collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for a marquee global client in the automotive industry.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy aligned with the client’s digital transformation and NetApp’s business objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of business partners, including engineering, services, product and partners, to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the client’s global organization.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across business units, geographies, and solution areas.
  • Advocate for the client within NetApp to influence product innovation and service delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement and value realization.
  • Represent NetApp’s values of ownership, growth mindset, customer centricity, belonging, and high performance in every interaction.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in enterprise sales and strategic account management
  • Experience selling within the automotive industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Advanced degrees or certifications are welcomed but not required
