  • Lead key Quality and OmniChannel KPIs
  • Conduct Customer Voice analyses
  • Manage outsourcing partners
  • Ensure adherence to processes, controls, and compliance
  • Ensure knowledge transfer
  • Oversee quality monitoring and methodologies
  • Consolidate and report results

Requirements

  • Solid experience in CRC (Customer Relationship Center)/contact center operations and Quality management
  • Experience managing outsourced partners
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with projects, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, monitoring platforms, and feedback management
  • Advanced English
