Responsibilities
Desarrollar, gestionar y expandir las oportunidades comerciales de los programas premium de café orientados al canal Food Service.
Realizar visitas comerciales, presentaciones de portafolio y levantamiento de necesidades.
Alcanzar y mantener las tazas promedio dispensadas por día, garantizando buenas prospecciones.
Liderar procesos completos de negociación: propuesta comercial, términos contractuales, cierres y acuerdos de servicio.
Coordinar con los especialistas de productos y trade marketing, actividades y promociones para incentivar las ventas.
Asegurar que las actividades de su área de competencia se lleven a cabo respetando lo establecido en los sistemas de Calidad y Seguridad y Ambiente.
Requirements
Bachillerato Universitario en Mercadeo, Administración de Negocios o carreras afines.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles comerciales.
Habilidades destacadas en análisis, comunicación, negociación y persuasión.
