About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for client acquisition, product demos, and account management in healthcare sector. Collaborating with various teams to enhance breast cancer screening through innovative technology.

Responsibilities

  • Active new customer acquisition
  • Conduct sales conversations, product demos (remote & on-site) and negotiate contracts
  • Responsible for deal closures, revenue development and structured pipeline management
  • Responsible for building, developing and maintaining new and existing customers and partners in the German market
  • Represent Vara to decision-makers in the healthcare sector
  • Manage the entire customer process from first contact through contract signing to go-live
  • Train new customers
  • Ensure a smooth implementation and sustained use of the solution

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management, ideally in the healthcare, MedTech or B2B-SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including when dealing with decision-makers
  • Strong academic background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Medicine) or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent German language skills (C2) and business-fluent English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to travel for regular customer visits
