Responsibilities
Lead the transformation: define and implement the organizational model for Supply Chain and Procurement.
Ensure a smooth, uninterrupted transition.
Ensure continuity and performance: define and coordinate governance during the transition period (TSAs and LTAs).
Implement the new organizational model, governance and KPIs related to the new processes: integrate LEAN principles and identify optimization opportunities.
Lead the project team, challenge recommendations and build consensus.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience in project management and organizational transformation, ideally within Supply Chain and Procurement.
Master's degree (business school, engineering school or university) with a specialization in management or supply chain.
Recognized for your leadership, ability to influence and a strong track record of proposing solutions.
Proficiency in LEAN principles (NCE) and change management methodologies.
Fluent English. French and/or Italian are a plus.
