Responsibilities
Ensure data consistency at the market level and alignment of position titles with local grades.
Translate OPP process results into mass update requests for HRBS.
Act as the local representative for Organization Management and Mass Changes.
Manage mass changes in SF-EC and off-cycle position management (create, update, deactivate positions).
Monitor data quality, reconcile headcount, perform cross-system checks, and advise on PEA.
Ensure cross-market consistency, align MDM-HR with governance, enhance rules, conduct DQ scoring/audits, and certify headcount.
Initiation of changes and leading testing of SF/SAP installation-specific settings.
Initiating and participating in projects standardization.
