Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers across multiple communication channels, including voice, email, and chat, for both B2C and B2B interactions.

  • Generate customer interest by highlighting the full scope of our product offerings and their benefits.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer engagement services (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and work collaboratively as a team player
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and professionalism
