About the role

  • Analista de Revenue Planning at Neogrid evaluating revenue performance and preparing strategic dashboards. Focus on data analysis, insights, and revenue operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct revenue performance analyses, evaluating trends, variances and impacts on key SaaS metrics (KPIs in technology companies)
  • Identify root causes, opportunities and risks, converting complex data into clear diagnostics and practical recommendations for leadership
  • Monitor targets, OKRs and strategic assumptions (LTV, CAC, CAGR, accuracy, lead times, conversions), ensuring alignment between plans, results and actions across involved areas
  • Design and enhance executive dashboards in Power BI, ensuring an integrated view of revenue, targets and commercial performance
  • Automate analytical routines and reports, increasing reliability, speed and standardization of planning cycles
  • Integrate information from multiple areas, reducing asymmetries and consolidating strategic views to support decision-making
  • Support the preparation of executive presentations, synthesizing scenarios, insights and recommendations in an objective, value-oriented manner (consultative storytelling)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning, performance and data governance processes, strengthening the analytical maturity of the area.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience in data analysis, planning, commercial intelligence or related areas
  • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for querying, modeling, automations and analyses
  • Ability to structure clear, objective, evidence-based diagnoses
  • Analytical communication skills for executive audiences
  • Organized, autonomous, able to manage multiple priorities, committed and reliable
  • (Nice to have) Experience with performance indicators in SaaS companies
  • (Nice to have) Experience with predictive models, statistical analyses and scenario simulations
  • (Nice to have) Experience in product marketing, commercial operations, revenue operations or FP&A
  • (Nice to have) Knowledge of Python and/or R
  • (Nice to have) Experience with data management and governance environments or additional analytical tools
  • (Nice to have) Knowledge of operations research (OR) modeling
  • (Nice to have) Use of the TOC (Theory of Constraints) methodology as a basis for activity prioritization and continuous process improvement
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with data environments and data lakes
