About the role

  • Product Marketing Analyst at Neogrid focusing on product go-to-market strategies to influence retail technology. Collaborating across teams to execute market analysis and product positioning strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product and new feature launches, defining target market, segmentation, personas, value proposition and go-to-market strategy, operating with greater autonomy and strategic vision
  • Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) plans, coordinating deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies with Product, Sales, Growth, Customer Success and other key areas
  • Act as the guardian of product positioning, evolving key messages, narratives, naming and competitive differentiators, and translating the ICP into marketing and sales materials
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of market, competitors, trends and customer needs, turning insights into strategic recommendations for roadmap and pricing
  • Co-create pricing and packaging strategies in partnership with the Pricing team, supporting modeling, validation and data-driven optimization
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with comprehensive materials (presentations, battlecards, FAQs, one-pagers, playbooks), ensuring deep understanding of products, differentiators and positioning
  • Monitor and analyze offering performance in the market, proposing action plans, experiments and improvements based on adoption, revenue metrics and customer feedback
  • Orchestrate cross-functional product initiatives, facilitating communication between teams, negotiating priorities and ensuring strategic alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a product expert in the market, participating in benchmarks, customer validations, research and content initiatives in partnership with Branding and Communications.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Marketing, Growth or related roles
  • Experience with go-to-market (GTM) and positioning of digital/SaaS products
  • Ability to translate data, research and insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience building narratives, key messages and sales enablement materials
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, CS, Growth, Pricing, Communications)
  • Highly organized, autonomous and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience delivering enablement and building commercial playbooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products (plus)
  • Familiarity with analysis and research tools (Excel and Power BI) (plus)
  • Knowledge of pricing, packaging and monetization methodologies (plus)
  • Experience with narrative testing, measuring GTM impact and experimentation (plus)
  • Intermediate or advanced Spanish (plus).
