About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager leading go-to-market strategy for EmpowerRD’s SaaS platform that aids in claiming R&D tax credits. Collaborating with sales and product teams to communicate value propositions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy for product launches and feature updates, ensuring they are positioned effectively to drive adoption and retention.
  • Develop compelling narratives that translate complex R&D tax legislation and SaaS functionality into clear value propositions for different buyer personas.
  • Build tight collaboration with Sales to create high-impact collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and competitive intelligence that improve win rates.
  • Deepen our understanding of businesses at differing stages (Seed, Venture, Growth) and across key target industries to tailor our product's story.
  • Leverage existing channels to gather customer feedback and experiment with new ways to turn our 1200+ clients into vocal advocates.
  • Partner closely with Product and Tech teams to influence the roadmap based on market requirements and ROI insights.

Requirements

  • University undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a specific focus on product marketing and GTM strategy.
  • Proven ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits in partnership with Product and Sales teams.
  • Experience targeting senior leaders and C-suite within tech and science-based industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the product launch lifecycle with executional rigor and a focus on iterative improvement.
  • Expertise in data-backed storytelling, using market research and product usage metrics to build influence across GTM teams.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities evolve as we scale.
  • A "proven winner" mindset with a desire to build the Product Marketing roadmap from the ground up.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and CMS tools (e.g., HubSpot) to distribute product content and track engagement.
