Responsibilities
Support hiring and onboarding processes, verify documents, and complete employee registrations
Assist in organizing and updating information in the payroll system
Develop practical knowledge of personnel/HR routines and labor legislation
Monitor employee movements and new hires in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team
Guide employees and candidates on basic documentation questions and onboarding processes
Assist with daily departmental tasks, with support from the team.
