About the role

  • Customer Service Apprentice at Neogrid providing support through various channels. Engaging with clients to resolve queries and supporting business metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via tickets, phone and chat
  • Deliver first-level support for a specific Neogrid solution
  • Prioritize requests according to criticality and client size
  • Handle inquiries across support channels, meeting SLA, CSAT and other metrics
  • Assist with contract cancellations
