About the role

  • Business Development Representative driving outbound prospecting for a tech firm connecting retail and industry. Aiming to deliver exceptional results for major market players in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying potential customers in target markets
  • Use multichannel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, Account-Based Marketing, etc.) with structured, personalized cadences
  • Create and validate strategic lead lists based on ICPs and priority segments
  • Nurture leads with strategic, personalized follow-ups
  • Provide continuous feedback to marketing and product teams on objections, demands, and lead fit
  • Operate CRMs and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Manage the pipeline accurately, consistently updating contacts, statuses, and notes
  • Create and refine cadences, scripts, and templates with a focus on conversion

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience as a BDR
  • Proven track record of meeting targets (SQLs, qualified meetings, pipeline generated)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in multichannel outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Sales Navigator
  • Ability to conduct discovery calls and understand customer pain points and needs
  • Previous experience selling B2B products or services, preferably SaaS
  • Proactivity
  • Resilience in handling adverse situations
  • Autonomy to manage own processes
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple daily demands
