About the role

  • Director of Growth in a fintech startup transforming healthcare through AI and automation. Responsible for lead generation, channel building, and collaboration with sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • professionalize and scale existing channels (Partnerships, Performance & Organic and Events)
  • Build at least 2 new growth channels from 0 → 1 → scale by the end of H2 2026
  • Drive capital-efficient growth by reducing CAC and improving pipeline quality
  • Own full performance transparency and reallocate budget to highest-impact levers
  • Lead Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Partnerships directly
  • Connect Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships into one coherent growth system

Requirements

  • minimum of 6 years in growth or commercial leadership
  • Proven 0 → 1 channel building
  • Proven 1 → scale optimisation
  • Strong performance and/or partnership-led growth experience
  • Team leadership experience
