Requirements
0 to 3 years of experience in sales, consulting, customer-facing roles, or anything that required you to earn trust quickly and move people to action.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written), as you will be working directly with homeowners across the United States.
Strong verbal and written communication. You can take a thirty-minute conversation with a nervous homeowner and make them feel like they just found their solution.
Comfort with data and digital tools. Salesforce, CRMs, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows are part of how you work, not things you avoid.
Track record of setting goals and caring about whether you hit them.
Genuine interest in real estate, tech-enabled services, or the intersection of both.
