Responsibilities
Define, develop, and implement short- and long-term strategies to meet organizational objectives, with direction and support from the Senior Vice President.

Develop and maintain operational dashboards; monitor clinician productivity, panel size, no-show rates, throughput, and service utilization.
Monitor and report patient access and throughput across outpatient practice areas; implement processes to meet or exceed established goals and benchmarks.
