Requirements
Proven 20+ years of experience (minimum 12 months as Director/Senior Director or equivalent) leading large-scale, complex product teams.
Strong technical expertise in software development, architecture, and modern tech stacks, including AI and automation tools.
Deep Technical Expertise & Modern Tech Stacks: Passionate about leveraging GenAI to unlock efficiencies, enable smarter decisions and reimagine how technology serves people.
Proficient in defining technology / products roadmaps, conducting architecture & technical evaluations of projects
Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives, fostering innovation, and managing change.
Formal qualification in Scaled Agile Delivery desirable.
Excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and talent development skills.
Experience in performance monitoring, budget management, and process optimization.
Passion for mentoring, fostering a positive culture, and driving continuous improvement.
Coaching qualifications is desirable.
