About the role
- Working Student managing 3D data for global oil & gas projects at NavVis, a leader in reality capture and digital factory solutions.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on NavVis IVION SaaS and manage the customer solution
- Work with diverse spatial data including 3D scans, point clouds, floor plans, panoramic images, and 3D models
- Manage all incoming 3D data as 3D Data Admin for a global production site
- Ensure processing, quality assurance, spatial data setup, and data delivery
- Interact with Reality Capture Service Provider, Project Manager, and Customer Success Manager
Requirements
- Excited about working with large scale spatial data (3D scans, point clouds, 360 panorama images, 3D building models)
- Currently studying Geovisualisation, Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Surveying Civil Engineering or a similar field of study
- Basic knowledge of geographic coordinate systems and good spatial awareness are a plus
- Persistence and diligence for delivering high-quality 3D solutions
- Proactiveness in keeping stakeholders informed and escalating issues quickly
- Organized, structured, and reliable way of working to manage tasks independently
- Ability to communicate efficiently in business English for collaboration with stakeholders
