About the role
- Manage Confirmation & Settlements Team for Interest Rates Derivatives. Oversee trade confirmation, settlement specialists, and industry representation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure trade confirmation and settlement specialists have the correct tools, infrastructure, and resources
- Identify issues with existing business processes and coordinate improvements
- Represent the bank in industry forums, working groups, and conferences
- Ensure processes and procedures for trades are globally consistent
- Oversee procedural changes and initiatives for global implementation
- Contribute to the design of key projects and new product onboarding
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of global business and develop relationships with operating centres and key stakeholders

- Strong experience in confirmation and settlement for Interest Rates Derivatives
