About the role

  • Regional Vice President – Advisor Relations in financial services, developing and supporting advisor networks for sustained growth. Building relationships and analyzing practices to facilitate asset retention and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with advisors across the assigned territory;
  • Proactively manage a regional territory and conduct frequent in-branch visits;
  • Analyze advisors’ practices and recommend continuity and succession strategies;
  • Support asset retention and coordinate financing requests and client book transactions;
  • Promote company programs, products and tools while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or advisor relationship management
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen and understanding of advisor practices
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Strategic mindset and leadership influence
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
