About the role

  • UX-focused Product Designer improving user experience of fintech products. Collaborating with teams to enhance user journeys and drive end-to-end UX processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end UX process (research → flows → validation → iteration)
  • Analyze existing products and identify UX gaps & improvement opportunities
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (low to high fidelity when needed)
  • Conduct or support:
  • Usability testing
  • Heuristic evaluations
  • User feedback analysis
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure feasible and scalable solutions
  • Contribute to improving internal UX processes and methodologies
  • Work within and extend existing design systems (without being UI-heavy)

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in UX/Product Design
  • Strong experience in:
  • User flows
  • Wireframing
  • Prototyping
  • UX problem-solving
  • Proven experience in usability testing or research methods
  • Ability to work end-to-end on UX tasks independently
  • Experience working on existing products (not only greenfield)
  • Good understanding of design systems (usage, not necessarily creation)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
