Responsibilities
Own the UX design for assigned features from concept through release, ensuring solutions align with business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, QA, Customer Care, and Retail teams to design and deliver new features across consumer-facing digital experiences (web, native app, email).
Translate concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes across multiple viewports and devices.
Design high-quality UI components and interactions, including motion elements when appropriate to enhance usability and engagement.
Work within existing information architecture frameworks while identifying opportunities to improve navigation, content hierarchy, and user flows.
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency across digital experiences.
Leverage CRO practices, usability testing, analytics, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and iteratively improve customer experiences.
Identify usability issues using customer feedback, analytics, and operational insights, and recommend UX improvements that enhance the shopping experience.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
Present UX and UI concepts to cross-functional partners and leadership to drive alignment and support decision-making.
Actively participate in design critiques, presenting work for feedback and offering constructive input on others' designs.
Support and occasionally guide junior designers through feedback and collaboration.
Requirements
2–4 years of professional experience in UX design, product design, or a related field
Digital portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, design process, and visual execution
Demonstrated proficiency in Figma
Strong working knowledge of UX design processes, best practices, and methodologies
Ability to balance technical constraints, company goals, and customer needs to deliver effective digital experiences
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and presenting in English.
