About the role

  • Conducts the affairs of the global marketing communications function
  • Supervises, directs, and controls all functions and activities of NAMSA’s global marketing communications team
  • Advises and assists the Vice President Global Marketing
  • Accountable for lead and demand generation
  • Oversee development and implementation of global event strategies
  • Partner with Human Resources and Executive Leadership Teams
  • Support business development executives
  • Work with the Commercial Leadership Team to define internal and external market positioning strategy
  • Utilize data and insights to develop go-to-market strategy
  • Influence messaging and positioning for NAMSA Associates
  • Conceive and execute on strategic initiatives to drive education and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or journalism
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • 10+ years overall experience in successfully driving integrated marketing strategies
  • 5+ years of successful leadership experience
  • Advanced knowledge of best-in-class digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices for marketing B2B services
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate technical capabilities into effective communications strategies.
  • Fluency in English and local language, if different, required
