About the role

  • Train, coach, motivate, and improve processes within Sales Organization
  • Oversee Dealer Success Managers throughout the new hire training program
  • Ongoing development for all Dealer Success Managers through continued education forums
  • Analyze and organize new hire team, including time management and associate accountability
  • Engage effectively with key stakeholders to build relationships
  • Ensure adherence to policy and procedures with compliant actions
  • Communicate effectively across the organization, including Senior Leadership
  • Some travel may be required (~20%) to corporate headquarters and for dealer visits

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years experience in staff management and training
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Auto Finance Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in staff management and training (preferred)
  • Proficient in Google Suite products (preferred)
