Responsibilities
Train, coach, motivate, and improve processes within Sales Organization
Oversee Dealer Success Managers throughout the new hire training program
Ongoing development for all Dealer Success Managers through continued education forums
Analyze and organize new hire team, including time management and associate accountability
Engage effectively with key stakeholders to build relationships
Ensure adherence to policy and procedures with compliant actions
Communicate effectively across the organization, including Senior Leadership
Some travel may be required (~20%) to corporate headquarters and for dealer visits
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years experience in staff management and training
At least 3 years of experience in the Auto Finance Industry
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred)
5+ years of experience in staff management and training (preferred)
Proficient in Google Suite products (preferred)
