About the role

  • Physician Compensation Administrator evaluating Professional Service Agreements and maintaining data integrity. Collaborates with HR and provides education on compensation policies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains integrity of physician and provider data within the Contracts and TERMS databases.
  • Ensures PSAs are uploaded.
  • Creates and maintains custom reports within the contracts database.
  • Researches and evaluates alleged discrepancies, notify chain of command of findings.
  • Educates physicians, physician groups, and practice managers in various software systems.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration OR combination of education, training and experience with increasing responsibility in physician contracting and benchmarking- Required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Healthcare, Accounting or Finance- Required
  • Medical Groups contracts experience- Required
  • Healthcare Compliance- Preferred
  • Compensation Professional- Preferred
