Responsibilities
Be the first contact person for all administrative matters related to our office in Warsaw.
Hold responsibility for seamless office administration, including: post, DHL, scanning, kitchen and coffee supplies, meeting room supplies, business cards, covering reception and facilities upon the Manager's request.
Assist internal and external customers with flights, accommodation, and airport transfers.
Provide basic support and guidelines for all administrative systems (i.e., Notion, People Force, Trello, and Slack).
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
