- Build and manage realistic budgets with proper contingencies
- Create and enforce achievable timelines, sign-offs, and feasibility checks
- Lead on-set execution with calm authority and professional set culture
- Manage Production Coordinators and raise production standards across projects
- Protect quality through proactive planning and disciplined decision-making
- Escalate risks early and prevent surprises for clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 4 years+ experience in production or project ownership roles
- Near-native English (written and spoken)
- Proven ownership of budgets and timelines for photo and video productions
- Extensive on-set experience across multiple productions
- Cultural fluency and professionalism across Europe, US, Japan, and GCC
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally from Egypt (including early calls, weekends)
- Confidence in professional pushback and boundary-setting
