About the role
- Senior Producer leading the production of photo and video content at Knix, an innovative intimate apparel brand. Collaborating with creative and marketing teams to deliver impactful content.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production of photo and video content across ecommerce, social, and paid channels, ensuring assets are delivered on time and aligned to business needs
- Lead shoot planning and execution across multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables at scale
- Partner closely with Creative, Growth, and Marketing teams to ensure production supports channel-specific needs
- Oversee casting, talent, and vendor relationships, ensuring the right partners are in place to deliver against creative and budget expectations
- Manage and optimize post-production workflows, including editing, selects, versioning, and asset delivery across multiple formats and channels
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, scalability, and output
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping elevate overall production quality and team effectiveness
- Troubleshoot challenges in real time and drive solutions that keep projects on track without compromising output
Requirements
- 4-5 years of production experience, preferably in commercial, retail, or agency environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and moving parts under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills and experience guiding teams and vendors through the production process
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of the creative process and what it takes to execute high-quality photo and video content
- Passion for creative storytelling and a strong eye for detail
