Account Executive focused on HR Solutions for CoreTrust Purchasing Group. Engaging with HR leaders and managing sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Act as a knowledgeable resource on HR Solutions and CoreTrust programs for internal and external contacts (private equity firms, consultants, HR and other corporate contacts)
Grow CoreTrust contract volume to established goals
Support the development and management of the sales pipeline across all stages for the sales cycle
Assist with outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities
Support RFP responses and related member activities
Collaborate with internal teams on business development activities
Partner with suppliers and internal product teams to ensure alignment on offerings and client needs
Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the sales team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in sales support or business development within the HR, benefits, or related markets
Payroll background experience preferred but not required to support diversity within the current HR Solutions team
Strong relationship building skills
Familiarity with HR buying patterns and contracts
Comfortable and confident working with HR leaders/buyers and related executives
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to be nimble and flexible to drive goals/projects to completion; deadline driven
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
If not based in Nashville, willingness to travel up to 35% of the time, as needed
