About the role

  • Assistant Treasury Analyst joining Open Bank's Treasury team. Supporting cash management, liquidity monitoring, and funding activities within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate treasury records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing treasury related reports for management, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Support analysis of cash flows, interest rates, and balance sheet metrics to aid in effective financial and liquidity management.
  • Prepare month end and quarter end treasury reporting packages for Board committees and senior management.
  • Contribute to the automation of manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports for auditors and various regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (verbal and written) preferred for business communications and job-related duties.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in banking, accounting, or treasury preferred.
  • Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
  • Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.
  • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks to meet deadlines.
