About the role

  • Promotions Analyst responsible for executing and preparing promotional initiatives to support revenue growth. Overseeing logistics, coordination, and analysis for Flash Sales and promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the promotions calendar in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional initiatives and special sales.
  • Analyze promotional performance and share key insights with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other teams to align promotional goals and messaging.
  • Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to track sales and promotion results.
  • Support project coordination, timelines, and deliverables for promotions.
  • Review promotional materials to ensure consistency with the campaign concept.
  • Participate in project kickoffs and cross-team meetings as needed.
  • Help monitor campaign execution across digital and social channels

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in promotions, marketing or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
