About the role

  • Account Manager focusing on organomineral fertilizers for Tupy, developing sales strategies and customer relationships. Providing technical support and monitoring market trends in the agriculture sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies (Organomineral Fertilizer) to meet and exceed established sales targets.
  • Promote the company’s organomineral fertilizers to farmers, cooperatives and distributors.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations on the effective use of the organomineral fertilizers produced by MWM.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering or related fields.
  • MBA in Sales Management, Marketing or Agribusiness preferred.
  • Specialized courses or certifications in waste management, renewable energy, biogas and biofertilizers are desirable.
  • Experience with GIS (Geographic Information System) and CRM software is a plus.
