Responsibilities
Advise and provide support to customers worldwide
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
Acquire new customers through proactive telephone outreach
Receive and review customer inquiries, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and performing follow-up
Work closely with the sales team, business partners, and the applications and design engineering team, acting as a competent point of contact
Coordinate delivery schedules
Maintain and update master data
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical training
Experience in international sales (preferably with technical products)
Strong results and service orientation, with an independent and meticulous working style
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and enjoyment in interacting with customers and colleagues
Proficient in common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
Native Spanish speaker with very good written and spoken English
Knowledge of additional languages, such as Portuguese and German, is an advantage
Openness to change and to new ways of working
Willingness to learn new software and tools
