Responsibilities
Act as a Hunter, Farmer & Closer in sales, actively prospecting potential clients;
Schedule technical and commercial meetings;
Monitor the purchasing process until the customer approves and it moves to the contract stage;
Deliver sales presentations and map client needs and opportunities;
Know the brand, its values, market positioning, and target customers;
Understand our products as well as competitors', highlighting our advantages to the client;
Provide clients with requested quotes and negotiate commercial terms, always respecting company guidelines;
Support, negotiate with, and advise customers;
Engage with current and prospective clients, proposing retention and business expansion plans;
Provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in technology, business administration, sales, or marketing;
Excellent communication, negotiation, sales, and public speaking skills;
Excellent command of Portuguese;
Knowledge of the sales cycle/sales funnel;
Experience in B2B sales;
Resilient, persistent, and dedicated profile with high availability, empathy, and eloquence.
