About the role

  • Comercial role handling B2B sales by identifying potential clients and conducting negotiations. The position is rooted in technology solutions and requires communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Hunter, Farmer & Closer in sales, actively prospecting potential clients;
  • Schedule technical and commercial meetings;
  • Monitor the purchasing process until the customer approves and it moves to the contract stage;
  • Deliver sales presentations and map client needs and opportunities;
  • Know the brand, its values, market positioning, and target customers;
  • Understand our products as well as competitors', highlighting our advantages to the client;
  • Provide clients with requested quotes and negotiate commercial terms, always respecting company guidelines;
  • Support, negotiate with, and advise customers;
  • Engage with current and prospective clients, proposing retention and business expansion plans;
  • Provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business administration, sales, or marketing;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, sales, and public speaking skills;
  • Excellent command of Portuguese;
  • Knowledge of the sales cycle/sales funnel;
  • Experience in B2B sales;
  • Resilient, persistent, and dedicated profile with high availability, empathy, and eloquence.
  • Differentials:
  • Existing client portfolio (book of business);
  • Advanced Spanish.
